Why did we discontinue taking Cash On Delivery (COD)?

We have discontinued taking Cash On Delivery (COD) in order to improve security, efficiency, and order administration. It has also significantly lessened our “NOT ACCEPTING DELIVERY PACKAGES” misery. Those orders were often generated by fraudulent consumers utilizing the COD payment option. We now provide a broader selection of safe digital payment methods on our website for a more smooth and transparent buying experience.

Do you accept returns of defective products?

Yes, we accept returns on any damaged merchandise. However, you must provide documentation, and we require a 360° proper unpacking or opening video after getting the item. Please keep in mind that the first responsibility you have after receiving the item you ordered is to make a “360°proper unboxing or opening video.” We require this because our supplier requires it to demonstrate that the product was not harmed by you. Do you refund amount for damaged product?

At first we exchange the product with a new product. If the replacement product is also damaged, then we refund the money to you via bank transfer or gift card. We will inform you how we processed your refund.

Can I return a product if I am dissatisfied with it?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the exchange of all sorts of items, however we do allow product exchanges depending on a variety of circumstances. One of the factors is “Loyalty,” which means we look at your shopping history. However, you can request an exchange within one day after receiving your merchandise by emailing support@calcuttamart.com. Again, we cannot guarantee that your exchange request will be accepted. However, if your request is approved, please keep in mind that only one exchange is permitted.
